WHY GOAT’S MILK SOAP?
Although the exact origins are not known, milk has been used
in a variety of skin care products for thousands of years. For
example, it has been said that Cleopatra preserved her renowned
beauty by bathing in milk from goats and horses. The soothing and
moisturizing qualities of goat milk have made it a revered cosmetic
ingredient for centuries, and especially useful for delicate or
damaged skin.
The ancient Greeks and Romans used milk products as
treatments for skin injuries. Butter was created specifically for use
on burned skin and as a coating for glossing one's hair! In the
nineteenth century, Europe had "whey" (the watery part of milk that
separates from the curd in cheesemaking) spas which were sought
by people looking for healing skin therapies.
From ancient times until today, milk and milk products have
been used as an excellent source of nutrition and for medicinal and
cosmetic purposes. Goat Milk protein contains all the known and
essential amino acids, including a much higher content of medium
chain fatty acids
(MCT) {which have become of considerable interest to the medical
profession, because of their unique benefits in many metabolic
diseases of humans (Babayan, V.K., 1981. Medium chain length
fatty acid esters and their medical and nutritional applications.

vitamin A, B vitamins and minerals such as calcium, potassium,
magnesium and phosphorus. With its natural emollients, goat milk
soap can relieve dryness and restore a silky softness to the skin.

FLORAL COLLECTION
Marie’s Morning Lilac:
A sweet warm light floral with hints of jasmine and lilac. It
is swirled with a touch of French Green Clay. The heavy
Shea, nearly 60%, makes this an excellent bar for dry skin.
Beth’s Floral Mist:
A delicate combination of grapefruit and florals. This has
Australian Pink Clay in it which is wonderful for oily skin.
With Shea butter and Vitamin E you don't have to worry
about it drying out your skin.
Nan’s Lavender Mint:
Classic lavender with a warming bottom note of patchouli.
The normally soothing peaceful scent of lavender is given
a wakeup with mint. Another all Essential Oil bar.
BERRY COLLECTION
Sophie’s Summer Berry:
Goat’s milk and strawberries. The pretty pink kaolin clay
gives this pretty bar added nutrients, wonderful for
problem skin. Another high Shea butter bar.
Rebecca’s Verry Berry:
A sweet fruity blend with hints of peach, strawberry,
orange, cranberry and raspberry. The swirl is rose clay,
which is wonderful for mature skin.
Amber’s Pear Berry:
A blend of pear, apple, raspberry and melon. A creamy
white rich lather with a clean spring scent. This is a goat
milk soap with coconut and sunflower oil. Shea butter and
Vitamin E round out the recipe.
NATURE’S COLLECTION
Rachel’s Rosemary, Parsley, Sage & Thyme:
All herbs all the time. This is as basic as it gets, sunflower
oil steeped in herbs from the garden. Crushed herbs
added to the soap, in an aloe vera base. A cool herbal
rosemary scent, essential oils only but with goats milk.
Alice’s Oatmeal Goats Milk and Honey:
Soothing oatmeal, homegrown goat’s milk and honey.
Anna’s Almond Biscotti:
A very pretty bar of soap. This contains shreds of other
soaps, fragranced with the popular scent of almond. The
vanilla cookie scent gives this almond bar its name,
Biscotti.
SEASONS COLLECTION
Angie’s Autumn Pumpkin:
Fresh pumpkin swirled with cream. The cinnamon and
clove bottom notes remind us of mom’s homemade
pumpkin pie.
Rosie’s Watermelon:
The much sought after summer fragrance. Another great
melon we started carrying! Heaps of moisturizing Shea,
bubbly coconut oil and PH neutral sunflower oil.
Louise’s Lemon Zest:
A cross between lemon drop candies and lemons.
Contains actual lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon grass
essential oil. This is a vegan bar without goat milk. It's the
most refreshing summer soap you will ever use.
THERAPY & HEALING COLLECTION
Isabell’s Eucalyptus:
This 100% Essential Oil bar is also all olive oil. It contains
crushed Organic Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Tea Tree and
Lemon Essential Oils making this a healing and
invigorating bar. Aloe Vera is the liquid. All Essential Oils
without goat milk.
Leah’s 100% Coconut:
Bananas and coconut but with a tropical twist.100%
coconut oil and coconut milk, and has ground coconut in it
for a gentle exfoliate. No goat’s milk.
Claire’s Coconut Lime:
Full bodied fresh lemon peel, coconut and then lime
sneaks in over an exotic spice blend, topped off with hints
of Jasmine Green Tea steeped oils, then added to the
soap, and French Green Clay with a high Shea butter
content make this a must for your facial bar. This is an
excellent choice for those with problem skin.
Joy’s Healing Touch:
This luxurious bar is swirled with authentic Dead Sea Mud.
This Mud is rich in minerals and has a very nice feel on the
skin. The scent is luxurious with great unisex appeal.
Excellent for those with skin problems.
Lolla’s Pomagranate:
Contains heaps of wonderful antioxidants from the
pomegranate juice. Another Shea, coconut and sunflower
bar. Our most popular soap!
Lucy’s Loofa Foot Scrubbie:
We fill Loofa sponges with our Castile Soap (100% olive)
scented with eucalyptus, tea tree, spearmint, and lemon
essential oils. This is a wonderful combination not found in
stores. Wonderful for feet, elbows or other rough patches
of skin. Not just for the bath, but also for mechanics and
hard workingwomen.
Christine’s Coffee N’ Cream:
This rich Shea butter bar smells like a Starbucks Coffee
Caramel with rich thick cream added. Past the coffee
aroma is our most moisturizing bar due to heaps of butters
and all goats milk as our liquid. This is a wonderful soap
for dry skin. Now made with cocoa butter.

Julie’s Just Soap:
Shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil. Its just soap, no
scent. The coconut oil gives it a slightly fruity note. Now
with added tea tree oil.
Katie’s Cucumber Melon:
Crisp and clean, with the unbelievably sweet edge of ripe
cucumber. Made with cucumber puree from the garden.
Does not contain goat milk.
Moccha’s Mint Julep:
Another essential oil bar. Triple Distilled Peppermint, with

Dolly’s Warm Vanilla Sugar:
Softly feminine and warming. African vanilla beans
sweetened by a touch of sandalwood and coconut on a
subtle background of white flowers.
Maddie’s Myan Gold:
Base notes of patchouli, sandalwood and amber. Middle
notes of citrus and mango. Top notes of vanilla and
nutmeg. This is a warm wonderful exotic scent. The
beautiful gold mica topping is just the perfect touch.
Shelly’s Pink Sugar:
The pink cosmetic clay swirl in this bar gives it a beautiful
slip, excellent for shaving. OK, so it’s not pink. The
combination of the high goat milk content along with all the
vanilla makes it impossible to keep this pretty soap pink!
